-CANCELATION POLICY-

24 hour cancelation policy for services 1.5 hours or less

48 hour cancelation policy for services 2 hours or longer

All appointments canceled outside of our policy are charged full price.

We require notice for appointment cancellations.  If you cancel your appointment within the policy time frame, you will be charged the full fee of your scheduled service.  Exceptions to this include emergency and inclement weather.  

All deposits are non refundable and can not be used toward a different service type. Charges for late cancels and no shows are not valid to use on a rescheduled appointment.

We are committed to reducing the spread of COVID-19.  You will not be charged for cancelling your appointment if you are showing symptoms and need to cancel your appointment. However, if you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged the full fee of your scheduled service.

-Children and Guests-

DUE TO LIMITED SPACE WE ARE UNABLE TO ALLOW CHILDREN AND OR ANY OTHER PERSON NOT RECEIVING A SERVICE TO ENTER THE SERVICE AREA. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY OTHER GUESTS WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, UNLESS YOU ARE ACCOMPANYING CHILD YOUNGER THAN 16 WHO IS BOOKED FOR AN APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE IF lITTLE ONES ARE PRESENT.

-Late Policy-

Our late policy is 10 minutes any appointments arriving 10+ minutes after appointment start time will be cancelled and charged accordingly
